I got a hercules geforce 3 ti200 and I need to know how to remove it safely. I am planning to put in new copper ram sinks and a crystal orb in it. Btw what should I use to hold the new ramsinks and crystal orb on the geforce 3ti200? Thx
Stick it in the freezer for a while (not kidding). This will make the original adhesive brittle. Then take a small flathead screwdriver and CAREFULLY "pop" it off. Let the card thaw and then attach the new HS/F.

I never did trust the freezer method, even if it does work. Something about the harshness of extreme cold in brittle circuit boards makes me nervous. I always just run the card in a game for an hour at an overclock it can just barely handle without crashes so it will heat up the ram and core temps to the point where you can just work the sinks off.
