k you know motherboards have panel connectors like power switch, hdd led, speaker, reset switch, power led ect.. well how come my motherboard manual tells me a plus sign on some of the connectors, tell me what this means please...
NOTE: The plus sign (+) indicates a pin which must be connected to a positive voltage.

Didn't you just answer your own question here? :)
The LEDs must be attached a certain way to work. The switches work either way (if it's an ATX case).
Is that what you're asking?

ok lets put it this way, my hdd led is always red, it never blinks like regualr comps do, its just always on and red. thats what i wanna fix

You don't have it on the power pins, do you? Otherwise, just try to flip it around and see if that helps.
