View Full Version : How many crossfire bridges do I need?

I ordered 2 XFX 4770s and just got them and I guess they decided they don't include crossfire bridges anymore even though its in the picture so now I can't crossfire them :bang head . So the question is, do I need one or two bridges to properly crossfire them together?

1 or 2 doesn't matter. I have my setup with both attached as seen on ati/amd website. Don't know if theres any difference though

No there is no difference between running 1 or 2. I keep my 2nd one installed, because if I don't I will just loose it. This way I always have it in case I go to sell a card or run a tri-fire setup, in which case I'll definitely need the 2nd one.
