Looking for some 2x2gig ddr3's. Been looking at these 2 gskills sets.

F3-12800CL9D-4GBNQ & F3-12800CL9D-4GBRL

Any real difference that i should know? Pricing is the same as well on newegg for $105.

Ultimately there isn't too much of a difference, the main one being that the Ripjaws (2nd set of RAM) has larger heatsinks and would probably be more suited towards overclocking than the first set, the second being that the first set comes in a 1GBx2 and 2GBx1 set as well as 2GBx2 and 2GBx4 whereas the Ripjaws only come in 2GBx2 or 2GBx4 kits.... other than that they're more or less the same.. If they're the same price on Newegg then I'd go with the Ripjaws personally

I would also recommend looking into the Kingston HyperX as they are pretty nice rams also, esp the ones with the tall heatsinks, they are also a very good value for really good memory

really look at your mobos accepted mem list try to choose 1 of them..
amd is a little different than intel then 32 bit versus 64 bit windows determines how much of your mem it will use
amd chips tend to like lower voltage and lower latency mem some mem is XMP that is intel....
32 bit windoz will use less than 4 gig 64 bit windoz will use lots more
