What are good temps for an intel P3 1Ghz? It is not OC'ed and the room temp is about 26-28c.
Also I just read that a CPU can be damaged if the temps go down too fast. Does this apply to temps going up too fast also?
And what rate are we talking about? How many centigrade per second? or Farenheit per second?
Any ideas?
Thanks.

Go to http://heatsink-guide.com (http://www.heatsink-guide.com) and it will show you the max temps for all processors.

I run an Amd processor so it should be alot lower than mine.
