Getting my mem to specs after oc

See sig for complete hardware.

I just got my 920 at 4ghz (200x20) @ 1.3vcore

so now i'm trying to get my mem up to specs

dominator gt ddr3 1600 7-7-7-20 1.65v 6gb(3x2gb)

so with the fsb at 200 i put the mem ratio at 2:8 which should give me 800

passed post - blue screen on os boot

up'd cpu vtt to +400mv from +200mv

passed post - blue screen on os boot

up'd mem voltage to 1.65v

passed post - blue screen

manually set timings to 7-7-7-20

post - blue screen

i think i'm missing a voltage setting here.

any advice?

try 7-8-7-20 or even 7-8-7-18, also try it at a lower voltage and see if it will boot at a lower cpu clock and then you can know if it is the mem itself. if it does boot with say a 14 multi at rated timings. if that is the case then you may have to really give it some qpi vtt to get it working or drop the timings. some chips dont do well at high clocks and low timings, I have one 920 that wont do more than 1650 on mem no matter what. and now wont even do 1600 and never really beat on the chip either. the chip that I beat on will do 2208 with the same memory.
