The site is in Https and have a secure thingy

Yeah, it appears legit. I have gotten some scam ones before. In the past, all paypal survey's I got were from www.paypal.com/whatever. Still, never give out your password or CC/bank info on any site unless you navigated to Paypal the way you normally would.

It is not legit!!!!!!!!!

Send the link to paypal fraud division. They will get back to you.

The certification is owned by PayPal... According to VeriSign. I do find it a little odd they don't use the paypal.com domain.

so it is fake or not anyway the survey dont ask for Password or anything like that.
