taping wires

i was wondering if i could just tape all of my floppy cables, at cables, etc etc in a round circle, so that my system get better airflow. or should i actually buy those round cable ones they sell overpriced?

You could. If you don't have a case window, it wouldn't matter how ugly you do it.

YOu could also wrap the taped cables in flex-tubing to increase beauty and improve airflow even more.
