Did anyone know that they will ONLY ship to your paypal confirmed address? I didnt know this, I didnt see it mentioned (did I miss it? a screenshot would be sweet!!!!) and had no idea the shipment came and went to my OLD address that was still in paypal until I remembered it a couple days later and went to follow up with it.

Im wondering why I even had to fill out my address, my billing address (which is the same) if they can only ship to paypal confirmed. :screwy:

They have been working with me, but its almost been like pulling teeth to get them to resend the package. Its like the person answered the email without even checking my account/order or read my prior email.....grrrr....:bang head

Well if you used your paypal to make your purchase then it will ship to your paypal address you have listed and most places will only ship to a confirmed address. I know I will only ship to a confirmed paypal addy. So I don't see this as being frozencpus fault if you didn't update your address. Plus when you're checking out it will tell you that they will only ship to a confirmed address.

If I were you I wouldn't worry too much, Mark at frozen is a great and very reasonable guy so I'm sure he'll do everything to make things right.

Let me update...It was a miscommunication on the part of the P.O. When I checked the tracking it was in a P.O nowhere near my old addy or current. I called the P.O they said it was on its way back to the sender. When I checked the status today to see if it got back to Frozen, it said shipped and my area. Checked the box and viola!!! Was forwarded.

I have paid with Paypal from plenty of other sites and had to input my addy to that site for delivery, pay with pp just as i did with frozen and they get to me without that hassle. I think this is just for frozen (dont shop many other places). Frozen's invoice ONLY shows the shipping addy and billing addy which it did not ship to. Thats the weird part.

Not really hating on frozen, but I didnt see that option anywhere on checkout. I wish it was more obvious I suppose is what Im saying.
