This is kind of related to my thread in General Hardware, but it's directly related to MSI tech support. I tried submitting a tech support request form to them since I'm having graphics related issues, got a response back with a link stating my question has been answered, but the link just sent me back to the report form. Since it took maybe 10 minutes to get a response, and on a Sunday night, I thought it was a glitch, so I filled out the form again and sent it in yesterday. Got an email similar to the first one maybe 1/2 an hour later, with a link that sent me back to the TS form. I tried copying the URL directly and tried both FF and IE, neither worked.
Is there some account log in page I go to or should I wait a few days, see if I get a follow up email?
Update: OK, nevermind. This thread can be closed, the MSI site is a PITA to navigate and the link they sent me in the email didn't link to the right page, but I found a page where I had to enter my email address and zipcode and it gave me the reply.
