reservoir overflow

i have my 12.3 rad at the top of my case.... i have my reservoir in a 5.25" drive bay.... when i turn the computer off and open the res will gravity pull the water out of my rad and into my reservoir causing it to overflow ???

I have the same setup, You will be ok

My RES has been moved into the bottom 5 1/4inch bays since this pic.

Since the system is sealed, with no way for air to get into the top of the system, water cannot escape lower down.

Do not remove a tube from your top-mounted radiator with the res open though, because then you WILL get a flood.
