You need to post what kind of hsf you are using, thermal interface material or thermally conductive grease and what kind of loaded temps you are getting at your highest stable overclock.

i'm using a global fop38 heatsink and fan unit that i lapped, and just some cheap thermal paste, i ran out of artic silver... as for the temps, the only way that i can ever get some is to do it from the bios.. mbm 5 doesnt work right, either that or i dont have it set up right, which is possible.. whats the highest voltage i should be giving my processor?

What about your Power Supply Unit? Is it a generic or a brand name PSU? Is it at least 300Watts? Check to make shure that all your voltages are where they are supposed to be and are stable. That mixed matched dram config of your could be the colperate as well. Is your Chip locked or Unlocked Mr. Chambers? Also try reseating your CPU and mem just in case.
