Hey everyone, I'll be joining the millionaire club here soon (less than 4 days) and shortly there after, surpassing WarenB for the second time (yay RMA point drops.....). Soooo, Mr. WarenB, please leave the passing lane open, or I might have to run you over! :burn:

been folding off and on for a bit... only got really serious about it in november. Currently just folding on my 2 gfx cards in my main rig, but for a bit there, I was doing 2 smp clients, and the 8800gts (MacBook Pro- SMP, main rig- 8800, and smp). The Macbook is purely for work now, and since I upgraded to 2 gfx cards, the smp client was bogging down my gfx cards, while only producing ~800ppd, so I killed it. no upgrades on the main rig in the near future, as the newborn daughter, and me funneling my upgrade money into an M11X netbook on crack for some couch gaming (happy wife, happy life), so the main rig will truely be 24/7 as 95% of gaming will be done on the laptop after I get it. Just have to sell my wife's '08 Ninja 250R so I can buy my laptop!

Congrats BF!!! Yep... the first one is tough, that second one always comes easier. I think it's due to the addiction factor of the first, but no formal study has been commissioned. ;)

WTF! You could try a Notfred VM running on the CPU, should get you roughly 1500PPD I think.

more like 800ppd... tried it right after I installed both cards back in. That and the GPUs get a bit choked from the VM running (even with the VM on idle, and the GPU clients on low). I ended up losing more than the 800 ppd gained from running the VM w/ SMP. I might try the windows A3 client out though, been thinking of it atleast. I'm not sure I want to risk the heat though, cause the computer room is the hottest room in the house, even with all the electronics off.
