What software is best for converting CDA to MP3?

Im not sure about the question you asked, but if no one here knows try asking over at R3Mix (http://www.r3mix.net) , they are pretty good about things related to audio and music.

http://www.dbpoweramp.com/ is by far the best encoder I've used, free or paid. It happens to be free, a major plus.
