If you have been the victim of OCWC's business ethics, and have lost money, product, or are still waiting on what you ordered PLEASE email procooling at this address below. procooling is collecting all the info they can from as many people possible about this. they already have a large group of people who have lost money or products through doing business with OCWC, but I know there are more out there. Please send an email saying in detail what, when, how, and any copies of the emails sent between you and chip. These will remain confidential if you request so.

I haven't ordered from them, but this is the latest of about three threads I've seen about them (and I haven't been searching, so there are doubtless several more).
Things don't look too good for them over at resellerratings.com (http://www.resellerratings.com/cgi-bin/reseller/comview.cgi?Overclock-Watercool).

Yeah, I have heard of them...just didn't know the acronym. Anyway, what's up with them anyway? They seem to be plugging along despite all of the complaints I have heard...

i contacted Koolance, and they took him off teh reseller list

Bump for a worthy cause! PLEASE if you've been burned, send the mail! You'll be doing the community as a whole good for helping to get these scumbags off the web and stopping them from stealing more people's money and time.

OCWC is no more!! Check out the site (http://overclock-watercool.com/). I don't know what this means for people who've been ripped off, but it means that nobody else will be ripped off again until Chip resurfaces (perhaps with another fake name).
