Hi,
I'm in the process of doing some OCing to this mobo, so my next thing is to upgrade my Nvidia Geforce 7900 GTO to something better for higher settings in FSX.
This mobo is PCIe X16, but the two video cards I'm looking at, Nvidia GeForce GTX 260 and NVIDIA GeForce 9800 GTX are both PCIe 2.0 X16. My power supply is an Antec 650w that doesn't work hard at all, so I'm sure I have the power, but will I be able to use one of these new video cards to their full capacity or will I be losing valuable 3D performance placing them in a PCIe X16 mobo. Also, I'm not sure, but I may have read that the power input for them is an 8 pin and not the 6 pin I have now. If so, is there something I can purchase so I can power it correctly? Thanks
