IE ad blocker?

I can go to download.com or google and find hundreds of ad blockers, wondering if any particular ones are suggested.

instead of an ad-blocking program. just use an ad-blocking hostsfile. with the programs, the ads (and potential nasties) still get onto the system before being blocked. With the hostsfile, they don't get on, period.
