I plan to assemble a water cooling system, most probably with a MAZE1 or MAZE2 socket A block.

Is it necessary to get a video card block? I don't really plan on overclocking my Herc Geforce2 GTS 64mb DDR. and saving the cash would be good.

Will I be allright with just the cpu block? What about mobo blocks?

Thanks guys

I would reccomend just getting the system up and running with the Maze2 block and add a video cooler later on if you want. If you arent overclocking the video card there is no need for water cooling it.

I love my water but after a year and a couple homemade blocks I still have not ventured into video water cooling. Keeping everything right now kind of keeps me busy. You can hold off on the video for now.

For most video cards a decent heatsink and fan will do the job. I wouldn't want the added heat to my water for the vid card. If I were really overclocking the card a lot I wold try an aircooled peltier. I wold really like to try a 1u cpu cooler on a 60-80 watt pelt for my video card. It would be slim yet deadly.

Thanks guys, I think I'll just start with the cpu for now :) May try a homemade block cause it will end up costing me $80 (canadian) to buy one from dangerden.com

Thanks again
