I keep hearing about chillers, but what are they and how do you make them?
A chiller is simply a device that makes things cold. It could be a water chiller so you can pump water through your block and really cool off your cpu. There are all kinds of chillers. Chillers for lab equipment and lasers, chillers for aquariums. I bet you have drank out of a water fountain at some point, thats is nothing but a water chiller.

Where can I get my hands on a water chiller? Or can I make my own?

Joe Citarella is mentioned there.. They sell a chiller, one that is used in those water things, the ones with the big bottles on them, whatever, it chills the water, but not to the degree that lab chillers might, or better yet, one of those win coolers in the grocery store....
-idea forms... runs to Kroger-

An aquarium chiller powerful enough to run your rig on will probably cost a bundle. You could probably make 1 out of a window ac unit, a water pump and some tubing though. Also, I've seen some pics of watercoolers converted to chillers for a computer too.
Here's a cheap way. My article was published last month;
