Here's my review from resellers ratings pretty much states it all. (I should have used the 10% discount code too doh!)
I ordered a case radiator, fan and fill port Monday with three day fedex shipping. Today I got the radiator, fan and fill port but no case. There was a note in the box that the case was shipped separately but no tracking info. I sent an email to support beofre my lunch but didn't get a response after I got back so I gave them a call asking for the tradcking info. I was informed that the case was shipped from the manufacturer directly via UPS GROUND and it wouldn't arrive at me until Monday. They claimed that they asked the manufacturer to ship it three day. I did get the tracking info. But I was expecting this all for a weekend build.
I called back and asked if they could expedite the shipment but they could not. I asked why they claimed to have a case in stock when they did not and was told that the one they did have in stock was damaged hence the manufacturer shipping one to me directly. I think that they should have told me when they discovered that the one in stock was bad and they weren't shipping it directly. I would have cancelled that portion and went elsewhwre because I know slow manufacturers can be. At this point I can't get a case by Friday without it costing a lot more money and then there is the return shipping. I must say that I am very disappointed. I was offered a small shipping discount but $15 is nothing compared to the days and days of lost time. To top it all off I still haven't seen an email reply from support. I am sorry but I cannot rate you very well for only a partial shipment and then the biggest item being so late.
Sucks for me because they are close and have most of the weird Swiftech stuff I want. :bang head
