What kinda fan setup (if any) do you have in your case? A pretty decent configuration consists of as many or the biggest fan you can fit up front to suck the air in, and as many or the biggest fan you can fit in the back to blow it out.
I noticed you have an pre-modded Enlighten case. I took a look at their website and these cases look like they don't offer much in the way of stock fan placement or airflow. That's why I prefer the Antec mid and full tower cases, they just have tons of places to put fans and great airflow. They're also incredibly easy to work with. I'm affraid you might actually have to mod the case a little bit to get the cooling you need. The overclockers.com home page has a few links to alot of guides you would find useful in this endeavor.
But, if you just want some quick and dirty cooling ideas, here's a few. For around $29.99 at your local computer store, you're sure to find a product called a "2 Cool PC Turbo cooler." It basically consists of a fan and some clear plastic ductwork that seem to do a half decent job for airflow challenged cases. If you have a few unused PCI slots, you can always add a few slot fans or "system blowers." The "system blowers" however should NOT be used alone, but as a smaller part of your cooling system as they will not cool a system alone. They're good for sucking the heat off a card they're close to, like a AGP vid card or a PCI card. If you have any unused bays, you might be able to fit a few fans in there as well.
These suggestions might help ya out, but I'm affraid they just won't be enough.

Only if you have alot of good circulation in your room. Alot of the time, a open computer case can actually cause the computer to heat up more due to air just hanging around.

actually i use a desk fan to blow cool air at me and my room... and my room has a window in it... its pretty cool at night... but still it runs @50c at normal load... thats wid case closed
I notice you are from the Phillipines. Just curious what your ambient temps normally are. That can be a big factor in your case temps.

Are you actually having a problem with the computer or are you seeking lower temperatures simply out of principle? If the machine is stable at 52C then I wouldn't worry about it.
