guys, is it better to have my monitor's power cable connected to my PSU, or directly to the power plug on the wall?

I haven't seen a psu that had a plug for a monitor in a long time. What kind is it?

If it were me, my psu needs all the power it can get, so I would plug the monitor into a separate outlet.
