Is the 12v @ 11.90 to 11.96 acceptable?
Suddenly have some BSOD and freezing.

er... kind of... not exactly... it shouldn't BSOD at that though... at least i don't think it should unless you're oced.
I wouldn't know as my PSU puts out 12.5 volts lol

Measured with a DMM I hope? It's in spec otherwise.

Nope.....I used CPUID HW Monitor.
I don't rember it hanging out @ 11.90 though.

Hi yield,

On occasion at idle CPUID will match your voltage but a DMM is the only way to accurately check it. BSOD could be a power supply problem but a DMM check at idle and under load it's a good place to start your troubleshooting. Otherwise you're only guessing.
