Its the first time I've ever run my HDs in RAID-0. I have two WD Caviar blue(WD3200AAJS) in Raid-0 and here are the benchmarks. I need a doctor to come diagnose these.

I did not enable advanced performance and I ran all my display/sound etc on their normal settings, heck I was even on AIM and had some chat boxes open + was watching something on justin tv when I took this. I feel that's the way to do these things since I want to know my HDDs performance under conditions that I normally would use it in.
My question is how are these values for my HDDs? Are they where they should be for two WD Caviar blues? They seem a little low. I don't know where to find comparisons, and I figured someone here might know off the top of your head?
