View Full Version : 1512 - the max shader on my GTX 260-216?

I have my shader at 1525 and GPU-Z and CPU-Z is both only showing 1512. What's going on?

You might have to raise the core a bit to get more shader. Also, sometimes the speeds increase in steps, so although you have a slider, there are only certain speeds you can choose. For instance, it might be 1512 and 1533, so your setting of 1525 gets lowered to 1512. Try taking it up to 1550 or so and see if it moves.

Raising the Core did nothing, but you were right about the jump in the shader. It went from 1512 to 1548, but nothing in between.

Shaders clock in steps, 54 MHz on most cards, 36 Mhz on some.
