Sapphire 5850 11162-00-40R vs 21162-00-40R?

Can someone explain what the difference between these two versions of Sapphire 5850 are??

21162-00-40R

There is a difference in price between them but I can not find a side by side comparison what is different!

Yeah I saw something similar with the 5870 cards, exact same specs from what I could see. But with the 5870 Cards the ones with different numbers had different items in box, like one didn't have any games, while the other had two games.

Edit: Yeah, after looking, when you search for the 21162-00-40R it doesn't show a retail box so maybe it's a demo version or an OEM version.
