My system temp (CPU) is 35deg Celcius. This is with a big loud fan.
I am setting up my watercooling rig at the moment. I am looking at around high twenties for the water rig.
If I wanted to get it to around 20deg,( I want to stay above the condensation point), how powerful of a Peltier am I looking for.

My CPU is a Celeron 1.2 T, @1.6
so output wattage from CPU would be around 45 to 50 Watts at max.

any Ideas?
Also, how to control voltage of Peltier(if they don't make em small enough in relation to power for me, and I have a spare PSU,200W)
any info is appreciated.

I'd probably go with an 80Watt Peltier, though something in the 100W range couldn't hurt... Though if you're wanting to stay above the dew point, the higher wattage might be too much... I'm sure someone else has math and engineering to back this up, my brains too tired to remember right now (monday :D) and I'm at work so I don't have a ton of time to look it up.
Peace

If you're worried about condensation then don't get a peltier. The power output of CPUs is not fixed - it fluctuates with load and even with different types of load. Running a peltier without condensation protection is asking for a blown up mobo/gfx card.
