xp services list?

for those of you that are running xp very well, and have disabled some services, do you think you could let us know which ones you disabled, and hopefully why? :eh?: i know i'm not the only one looking to disable some, but haven't been able to distinguish which ones should go. i've come to take the advice and comments around here very seriously (thanks again, guys :) ) so i figured instead of getting myself into a heap of poo i'd ask the pro's :D tia

if you don't have a cable or dsl connection you can disable basically all the network services

I'll 2nd that :) . I used blkviper's page as a reference for disabling services, very good info

Yep I used it too, got it down to 11 services
