increasing dedicated memory

Is there anyway of increasing the dedicated memory on my intel 4500mhd graphic chipset i noticed it is only set at 32mb of dedicated memory, as were my friends acer with much weaker specs is at 64mb of dedicated memory, i checked the bios but my manufacturer has locked it so i cant do anything from there, is there some tool i can download to increase it

That is all mapped through the BIOS, it isn't something you can change in the OS itself unless the drives give access to it.

Unless you can change it in the BIOS, no.
