OUCH!!! Bite by the mod bug!!!

Well, the title says it all. I made a 120mm blow hole with a nibbler...and am going to make a 92mm intake over my HSF later this week. Only problem is going to be drilling into the plexiglass to start nibbling. Here are some pics of my case and the blow hole.

nibblers are for metal? or could i be rong?. otherwize get a holesaw for metal and go VERY slow! or a holesaw for wood also works, thats what i used to drill my waterblock....
but you have to remember to go EXTREMELY slow and get one with a guide bit...

but dont use a nibbler itll just break the plex....

Yeah, they are for metal. I had a spare peice of plexi around and tried it out...and it worked great. I also nibblied some CD-R's for fun!

yeah. we tried a nibbler on his broken plexi-glass, and it did make large cracks!
