How up to date is the above thread referring to post#4 the multi GPU setup?

I have the two vids in my sig i need to setup. If there has been something new that came out let me know please. Like which drivers work best and what version of FHM works best if not the newest

Ok the back of my computer is breathing fire!!!

I am using the newest drivers from nvidia and they seem to be ok so far.

TheGTX275 has the fan set at 100% and temps are mid 80s
the GTX260 has the fan set at 75% and temps are mid 60s

That GTX275 seems to be a little HOT by my guesstimation... mine runs in the 60~80 degree range in a low flow case (Antec P180). My 260s do much better as yours are seeing and run in the 60s in a better airflow case (Antec 300). I think you're ok... yes, they will "spit fire" and run pretty hot... but I don't think you're should be worried about stability issues until they hit around 100C.

Thanks for the reply Harlam! I think the 275 needs a cleaning.

No problem bro... and I meant to say "low flow" for the P180... the 300 and 900 series are a lot better for cooling GPUs.

I forgot to turn up all the case fans so i now have them down to 80c and 60c. (forgot how loud this thing is) The wife looked at me this morning  and said "your doing that THING again"

Harlam if you get a chance take a look at my other thread about no ppd for work unit I had the same problem awhile ago and never figured it out.

You're right on on the p180. I bought a 120mm hole saw and added a fan to the door on a bunch of mine when I added folding GPUs to them.
