cause sometimes, updated files suck. SO you want the older files that work better.

Yes SuperFly is definitely right. The best drivers used for the GeForce 2 series were the following; 22.50, 23.11, 23.12. The 27x series have had alot of decrease in the score so you need something to reverse the drivers.
