Need help xfx780i BIOS install

Hi all,

I'm planning to update my xfx780i BIOS. I already have the BIOS update P09.
But I do not know how to update it properly.
I hope you guys can help me out. Most of the info i searched in the web are not up to date.

even though not up to date, its still the same. either you can update the bios buy using a floppy disk with DOS loaded on it. some boards have a ALT-F2 method that starts the flash build into a part of the bios. you simply need the bios rom, named for the file its looking for on a cd/dvd. some boards have utils for updating in windows, which is not a perfer'd method around here.
