Vegas 3 Motherboard (NVIDIA nForce 750i SLI)

hi people I've got a packard bell x9810 which had a vegas 3 NVIDIA nForce 750i SLI motherboard and ive tried to get into the advance setting to overclock my Intel Core 2 Quad Q8200 but i cant get find any settings!!!!
just wondered if any one has had this problem and if there is some way to get these setting please let me know!!!!

Nvidia Geforce 9800gt

You can't get into the settings or are they greyed out and won't allow you?
