$4-500, 15", internet gaming laptop

I have a friend who has to go in to assisted living for a while (or longer). He wants to be able to play internet games on it. Turn-based, Farmville, stuff like that. I'm sure we don't need discrete graphics. He's looking to spend $400-500 on it. Likes the 15" screens, says 17" is too bulky.

Anyone have a recommendation - maybe a best bang/buck?

Dell Outlet referb looks to be about $560, using the i3 processor and 4GB of RAM. I'll probably have to wait until I can get a coupon if I was to go that route.

The IGP on the i3 can apparently run WoW pretty well, so that shouldn't be a problem.
