why wont software/hardware developers make ways so that you could instead of throwin ur old computers parts in the bin have two or more computers hooked together under 1 OS and perform like 1 computer. i mean that would make a lot of sense and increase benchmarking scores rite ? :D gimme feedback why this isnt done really.

Yeah its certainly possible with linux, but the concept sounds pretty complicated so it would be tough to make it mainstream.

You could do it, but the lack of practical demand is why its not a common thing.

Now putting server farm together is a different story...that has alot of practical applications...the Final Fantasy movie comes to mind :)
