Here are my voltage values:

+12v at +11.80v, +5v at +5.00v, core +1.76v, IO +3.52v

under load :

+12v at +11.86, +5 @ 4.92v-4.95v

geforce3 ti 200
soundblaster live
40g 7200 rpm hard drive
CD-Rom
Several fans
300w generic power supply

For the current CPU, speed, voltage and the add-on components, you are okay. If you decide to change any of them or add components, you will need to re-assess you voltages.
