High performance with video in/out?

I'm looking to replace my current video card (ATi All-in-Wonder 128) with something more powerful. However, I still want to have the video input and output. A TV tuner is not necessary.

Does such a thing exist?

I believe the radeon 8500 all in wonder will do that for you and it has the ability to do video capture. But so not cheap. And remember ati's famous drivers.

I have the radeon 8500 retail and no real driver probs for me.

Your in luck... kinda... such a card does exist... the Radeon 8500DV or All in wonder OR the 7500 All in wonder. Don't know much about either just that they exist:p
