250w ps and upgrade

i have an Aopen 250W psu in my Kf45a case
currently running :
tbird 1.4
epox8kta2
1 hard disk
dvdrom
cdwriter
cpu fan
geforce2mx

atm its running fine and stable
if i replace my mobo with an ECS k7s5a
and a faster hard disk
will this ps handle it???

Should be just enough if you're not overclocking. Try to invest in a 300w at least.
