Avatar Making

What do you guys use to make these avatars.........what is the max size and Height and width for this...........i read it some were but can't seem to find it. also how do i get it to show up or is that the job of the bossman?

The max files size is 100kb, and it mus be 120x120 pixels or smaller.

I use Ulead Gif animator, Jasc Animation Shop 3, Ulead Cool3 and Paintshop pro.

And the most important tool Google for image sources

To change press user cp > edit options, and it is at the bottom of the page.

Cool just so happens that i got all those tools.........now what kind of avatar do i need.........lol
