ok, I'm going to explain a few thing about the speed of RAM. You may already know this, but for the people who do not, may understand it better after reading this.
PC66 Memory is 10ns. Technically it should be PC100. Some companies in the past claimed to be PC100 with 10ns, Like Micron, but failed to run at PC100, Even though the SPD told it to run at PC100.
Memory needs some sort of threshhold, of 2ns.
So from above, PC66 will be 10NS.
PC100 will be 8ns.
PC133 will be 7ns.
Cheap PC133 will have a 7.5ns rating.
Do this, divide 10 in 8, you get 125Mhz, 25Mhz of play for PC100.
Do the same for PC133, You get 143Mhz, again some room for good PC133.
7.5ns is 133Mhz on the nose. This will NOT be good for a stable overclocking system.
6ns would also be on the nose. at 166Mhz this would not be a good choice for 200Mhz, but would be great for 150 or so, I would try to find 5ns or even 4.5, if its even available.
Hope this helped.

joetech:
thanks for such detailed explanation on ram:D well, according to "speedfan, " it says the high cycle or whatever (don't remember) of my ram is 7.5n, and lowest is 4.5n......so what gives?

Without going into too technical terms.
CAS is Column Address Strobe is a signal sent from the CPU or RAM controller to the RAM itself.
Your CAS timing is what is important to us.
The access time, as per "Speedfan" is how fast the CPU sent the CAS to the Memory controller.
Understand?

Dont know about sdram but the hynix ddr will do 200 with a little voltage.
