Inclosed is a pic of the fan shroud I fab'd for my H20 rig I'm building.
The rad is from the $39.95 Swiftech system I bought @ Fr#s electronics. (they sold out fast)
I let the fan run @ 9.0v for 30 min. (break~in)
Even with a filter in front, that sucker can move some air.
Nice job on the shroud! I have the same rad and I was able to make a shroud out of my case, it had a removable top that has some thickness to it and I was able to take advantage of that. How does it work? The biggest differance in what I did was I used 2 low rpm 120mm fans to keep noise down.

Thanks ! I remember a thread a few days back talkin 'bout shrouds. So, I "borrowed" the camera to shoot some pics.
So far it is coming along ok. I might need to notch the hold down bracket for the on/off switch. But that's it.
(I'm using an older Gateway2000 AT case)
I posted a pic of the at/atx mod I did under Cases & PS. :D
The only fans available locally that I can find are the 108 cfm ones.
(as pictured) It really isn't that noisy. better than 2 92's@ 85cfm.
Yeah, I thought of using 2 120's, but wanted to keep costs down.
@ 12.99 a fan.
I think I'll end up pushing the fan into the shroud a bit (1/2") to make a little room for a resivor down in front of the shroud.
Thinking of mounting the pump on "the back wall" up high.
