What do I need? Also...anyone with a HAF 932 case chime in PLEASE. I am looking for ideas for mounting points for radiator/pump/res
I think I want a new reservoir as well...suggestions?

Barbs
Hoses/tubing
Coolant???--> (I used distilled water with liquid utopia last time)

CPU/Waterblock?? Suggestions

Seemed ok and never had any leaks or clogs...do I need to change my method for i7?

Stuff I have
Swiftech MCRES-MICRO Reservoir
Swiftech MCR220-QP Dual 120mm Radiator Black
Swiftech MCP655 Water Pump

Since we are still on the is it the right stuff dunno what the reserve will do.

Tubing is way cheap. Buy the good stuff. Rad you currently have is just barely enuff for the CPU. But okay. Get the XT block, better mounting and better temps for your chip, thats a no-brainer.

If you plan to ad the GPU to the loop, ADD another MCR 220, have awesome CPU temps till you add the GPU to the loop, you know you will.

Your pump is fine.

Liquid utopia? Dunno. Petras PHN PT Nuke or a silver coil in the loop.

2 for the radiator (I figure it should get new ones)
2 for the CPU block

Anyone opposed to these barbs?

That's cool Sandy. Well hidden. First one I've seen like that. Where did you come up with that idea?

Cheers

I came up with the idea when you can mount 2 120mm fans in the roof oppose to the big 220mm, so i decided to mount the rad there since the screw holes will be the same for the rad... works like a charm, mount the fans on the bottom and blow all the air thru the rad and out the case... i wanted to keep everything internal so this was ideal...

Noise is not a factor AT ALL<---

Its so loud in basement already from server racks and switches that it wont matter.

Gentle Typhoon 1850 RPM. But that all depends on what rad you choose, your tolerance to noise and your planned heatload.
