What setup can you recommend in the $400 range? (SSD)

I am looking to use the setup for OS, apps, and games. I think I need at least 100gb. After 100 gb performance becomes more important than size for my wants. So what raid or single SSD solution do you think would give the best performance under $400 and around 100 - 160 gb?
