Help with new water build

I have recently decided that I want to start building a water cooling setup for my rig but am really lost as to which components to use. My budget is around $250 but that number can be swayed a little.

My system:
Core i7 920 D0
Evga x58 3x SLI
OCZ Platinum 1600 6gb
EVGA 9800GTX+
WD Velociraptor 150GB
WD Caviar Black 1TB
Corsair 850w ps
CM HAF932

Two components that I have been considering are the Swiftech MCR320-QP 3x120mm radiator and the Swiftech MCP655 pump. Any thoughts or suggestions and the quality of these parts?

Also for now I will only put my cpu in the loop but my goal is to eventually have the cpu, chipset, and a GTX480 copperblock on the loop so I would like the water cooling system to be able to handle all those components with minimal upgrades(mainly tubbing or an extra radiator).

My goal for overclocking is to reach a stable 4.0 GHz and still have low temps.

Also silence is another goal I have for my machine as I am tired of having a wind turbine in my room.

Thanks for any and all of your suggestions.

If your long term goal is a HOT GPU in the loop, you might want to read this post here.

$250? bit short but close. Make it 300 and you can get a very nice CPU loop that has the headroom for your mobo blocks too.

Andrew mentioned this kit:

Very good stuff. Only the rad is short. Ask them (GREAT people) if you can upgrade the rad. Might be best to get each part though, the tubing isn't the best, pump is plenty fine but could be better. The additive isn't needed, clamps with the kit are kinda poor.

Just start educating yourself in the finer bits, read LOTS of posts, bookmark ALL of the links I gave yo and we'll get you going.
