Everyone is out of the thermochill pa 120.3 that I really wanted. So what is my next best option for the GTX 480 FTW HC and my i7 loop that I have sitting here waiting for its home?? The HW Labs SR1 that I have on the i7 right now wont cut it for both of those. Suggestions?

And neither would one PA 120.3. The Black Ice SR-1 or the XSPC RX are as good at the Thermochill.

Get a SR-1 120x2 or 120x3 and make a big loop with your 120x3 SR-1. You got about 650 watts to cool under load.

Ok I have a SR-1 running my i7 right now...so your sayin the 120x3 SR-1 is more that enough for my i7 to be at 4.5 24/7 and keep the GTX480 cool?

NO. You need more rad. Please head over to Skinnees and look at loads your looking at your DT temps. You toss that 480 in there and oops! Your CPU will NOT be happy.

650 watts is a LOT for a 120x3 unless you got a black ice Xtreme and 6 38mm thick 2000+ RPM fans. It will almost fly.

I believe Conundrum, in his first post, was saying you need to add at least a dual rad to your current loop if you're going to add the 480.
