MCP-655/MCP-655B settings

so I am putting 2 pumps in line. the MCP-655 and the 655B. it there a way to tell what speed I need to set the variable speed on? or do I just max it at 5 since the B just lowers the max rate?

Set the vario on 4, thats what the fixed version works at, or close to it.
