I would like to install a Orb fan on my MSI K7 Master board 761 chip but would like a lil advice before doing so as in performence and stuff.
The lil Blue Orb now I seen I can buy this for 10 bucks at a place on the net and then there is the Crystal Orb now which is better of the 2 and is there better my concern and also with the Crystal Orb do you use a heatsink?
As I know with the lil blue orb you use a heatsink if you put the orb on the mother board.

The crystal orb is nickel plated and has some copper in it I think, which should aid in heat transfer some. It'd perform better than the blue orb if I'm right about this.
As for using a heatsink with it....the orb itself is a HSF combo so I'm not sure if I understand you correctly. You will get loads of info from the cooling forum too, so you might want to post something there.
This is my Abit KR7A north bridge, but I also have a K7T turbo with the same setup. I used AS thermal adhesive to secure it to the north bridge because the pin centers aren't the same size:
