Would you trade 256Meg for 10 MHZ FSB?

I've tried everything...

Is the trade off worthwhile...

If what you mean is "would you subtract 256 megs of ram for a 10 mhz fsb increase?"

No.

XP is a sys hog as it is, and 100 Mhz isn't gonna help you much if you half your RAM. So no. Never.

Yes I would go with the extra ram in that situation. I do find XP to be a bit of a hog and like 384meg and over for it.
