Don't have the options to overclock

I bought my pc 2 years ago with 2gb ram 5-5-5-12 and now i bought 2gb ram 4-4-4-12 and I want to make them to work but in BIOS I don't have the AI TWEAKER tab so I can overclock my memory

I updated to the latest BIOS
My motherboard is ASUS P5QL-EM

Might be called JumperFree configuration.

Yeah i have this but i want to change memory clock timings and JUMPER FREE Configuration doesn't have advanced options.
